Show Clarence S. Jaris Visits Relatives Here Saturday A large numU.-r of relativ e- and j friends aembled at the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Seegmiller la-t Saturday evening to visit with Clarence S. Jarvis, civil engineer of Washington, D. C. and brother of Mrs. Seegmiller. The entertainment entertain-ment was in the form of a lawn party, with an impromptu program pro-gram being given. On request Mr. Jarvis read several of his own compositions in verse. Refreshments Refresh-ments were served to 50. . Attending from Cedar City were Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Thompson and their two children. Earl and Rose Carol, and Mrs. Steve Jennings. Jen-nings. Mrs. Thompson is a sister and Mrs. Jennings a niece of Mr. Jarvis, who returned to Cedar City with them Sunday afternoon, on his way home from attending the San Francisco exhibition and visiting his daughter and his brother, Orin N. Jarvis at Fresno. Calif. |
