Show NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George published a notice of intention in-tention to create a Sewer and Drainage District in the Washington Washing-ton County News at St. George, Utah for the period, February 27, 1936 to March 19, 1936, both inclusive, in-clusive, which notice is hereby referred re-ferred to. In said notice it was stated that the City intended to create a Sewer and Drainage system sys-tem to be known as Sewer and Drainage District No. 3, and to defray de-fray a part of the cost thereof by local assesment and the property to be included in said district was therein described. The following described property was left out of said notice in error and it was the Intention of the said city council to Include the following described property ir said notice and the said City Council now intends to include said property in said district and to levy a tax on said property at the same rate as the other property pro-perty described in said Notice of Intention. The orooertv which the said City now intends to include is described as follows: All of fractional Block one (1) and fractional Block Two (2) and all of Lots Two (21), Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Six (6), all in Plat A. And all of fractional Lot Five (5) and Lot Six (6), in Block Fourteen (14) Plat C, St. George City Survey. All protests and objections to the inclusion of said property in said sewer and drainage district above described or to the carrying carry-ing out of such intention or the making of such improvement must be presented in writing to the City Recorder on or before two o'clock P. M. the 26th day of November, 1938, being the time set by said council when it will hear and consider con-sider such objections as may be there made. BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
