Show Rockviile Mrs. Philetixs Jones Reporter Sherman, Arvel and Rex Russell and Irving Dalton spent the past week in Idaho and Oregon looking over the government land which is open to settlers. Mrs. Afton Ballard and son, Larry spent the last week in St. George visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George W. Worthen. Miss Mae Dalton visited with her sister, Mrs. William Bring-hurst Bring-hurst at Toquerville for several days. The new home of Glen Hirschi is nearing completion. Mr. and Mrs. Roache Demill and children of Salt Lake City left for their home on Monday after visiting relatives here and at Hurricane Hur-ricane and St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Lawrence and children of Cedar City are visiting relatives here. Mr. Lawrence Law-rence is putting some improvements improve-ments on the Henry Hirschi residence. resi-dence. Miss Fae Terry spent Sunday-visiting Sunday-visiting her folks. She is employed at St. George. A baseball game was staked here Saturday afternoon between Rockviile and the CCC boys of Pipe Springs. The score was 7 to 5 in favor of Rockviile. Mrs. Steve Jennings spent several days visiting relatives in St. George. Thrashing of grain is complete-ed complete-ed around here.
