Show Artificial Flics for the Nation's Critical Anglers GT t.H Wt H".:-q,vw. -. v.-.v.- i!4 ,i ni.,Vs i win. i ? fi ; . J :A Wi i - 1 : M -1 With the old-fashioned worm fishing becoming a thing of the past, thousands of fishermen are using various kinds of flies to attract their prey. Here workers are busy in a Freeport, Maine, factory, one of the country's largest, turning out flies made from the feathers of bright-colored birds imported from all parts of the world. The feathers must be correct as to color, size and weight for the fish they are meant to lure. Feathers shown include peacock, ostrich, kingfisher, African jungle cock, and Mexican macaw feathers. |
