Show St. George South Ward Children Present 'The Happy Hearts' "The Happy Hearts", is the title of this year's May Festival operetta of the children's primary organization of the church. The St. George south ward presented their production of this festival in the Recreation hall of the chapel last Saturday evening before be-fore a large audience. The program pro-gram was in charge of Paula Mathis, president; Mrs. Darrel Bracken, play director; Mrs. Charles Olson, stage director; Mrs. Raymond Cannon and Mrs. Ellis Everett, music. Barbara NeiLson, Flora Brooks, Klea Sullivan, Sulli-van, Joyce Milne, Ethel Bleak, Velda Leany. Flowers were Aleen Cannon, Esther Jones, Dora Jean Leavitt, Olive Brooks, Reba Neil-son, Neil-son, Doris Wade, Erlene Church. Vegetables were Jerry Jean Morris, Mor-ris, Mary Heaton, Lavona Empey, Geraldine Blake, Donald Esplin, Wesley Milne, Art Mitchell and Rhea Reid. Jesters were Paul Matheson, Darlo Esplin, Shirl Bunting and Jay Reber. Wide-Awakes Wide-Awakes were Bobbie McComb, Renne DeSwan, Ora Larson, Fred Pendleton, Brooks Taylor and Carola Cannon. Rainbow were Maxine Leany and Bonnie Ence, Olive Black and Barbara Johnson. Costumes were furnished by the parents. The entire performance was pleasing from every angle say those who attended. |
