Our junior high school students went to Beaver May 6 to partici-! partici-! pate with other students in the annual Southern Utah music festival. festi-val. Tuesday evening Professor Reid of the Dixie college gave a lecture lec-ture on Southern Utah, which was demonstrated by picture slides and musical numbers. The program was greatly enjoyed by j our townsfolk. Monday evening the M.I.A. j members from here went to Cedar j City to participate in the Stake . M.I.A. dances. The number from j here was a Bohemian dance and j the dancers were dressed in costumes cos-tumes fashioned after the Bohemian Bo-hemian mode of dress, designed by Francis Dostalek. II |
