Show ROCKVILLE ROCKVTLLE, Dec. 16. Born A son to Mr. and Mrs. David Dennett, Den-nett, December 9. A dance was given Friday evening eve-ning for the benefit of the Boy Scout organization. It was well attended and enjoyed by all present. pres-ent. Richard DeMille is in Parowan visiting relatives. Miss Myrtle Dalton and Alma Hirschi were married at St. George on December 11. The young couple cou-ple are highly respected young people of this community. They will make their home here. Mrs. Rulon Langston entertained entertain-ed at a stork shower for Mrs. David Dennett Wednesday evening. eve-ning. A. K. Larson of Hurricane was a visitor here at Sunday school on December 15. Miss Lila Jennings is employed at the Cedars cafe in Cedar City. Miss Agnes Pendleton spent the week end at St. George. Miss Iva Hirschi is home from the B. A. C. on account of illness. ill-ness. Gordon Jones is ill with the mumps. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Weeks and daughter, Eva, were business visitors vis-itors in St. George Friday. Miss Emmet of Harrisburg is employed at the Shady camp. 1 Miss Wanda Bradshaw is em ployed at the home of Marvin Terry. George Hirschi was home from the cattle round up this week. Mrs. Grace Hirschi was in Hurricane Hur-ricane Friday having dental work done. Miss Virginia Angell has returned re-turned to her home in Leeds. Heber and Alma Hirschi have gone to the Imperial valley, Cali-fornai, Cali-fornai, with cattle. J. V. Shoppman of Cedar City was a visitor here Monday. |
