Show VETO VEYO, Dec. 16. The Veyo Relief Re-lief Society held its annual bazaar Friday evening. There was a fine display and the things sold rapidly. The evening was spent in games and dancing. A number of young people from G unlock were present. Bishop and Mrs. Benjamin Chad-burn Chad-burn spent Saturday in St. George. Jesse Roberts, who has lived here for several years with Mr. and Mrs. John H. Bowler, has gone to Duchesne to make his home with relatives. Mx. and Mrs. Andrew N. Seitz have returned home from Panaca, where Mr. Seitz has been employed for several months. George Chadburn came in Sunday Sun-day from Pioche on a short business busi-ness trip. The M. I. A. convention was held here Sunday for the Gunlock, Veyo, Central and Enterprise wards. The Y. M. I. A. and the Y. L. M. I. A. stake boards and a good representation rep-resentation from the towns was present. Everyone had a very enjoyable en-joyable time, and we hope to have many more such gatherings in this part of the stake. |
