Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 23, 1928. Notice is hereby given that the Dixie Power Company, whose principal place of business is Cedar City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate 60 c. f. s. of water from the Virgin River in Washington, County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears N. 99 ft. and E. 2340 ft. from the SW cor. of Sec. 19. T. 41 S., R. 12 W., S. L. B. & M., and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance dis-tance of 9240 ft. where it will be used during the entire year for producing pro-ducing power to be used for electric lighting and propelling machinery in Washington and Iron Counties, Utah. After having been so used the water is to be returned to the natural channel at a point which bears N. 1262 ft. and W. 1718 ft. from the W!4 cor. Sec. 25, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 10379. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, du-plicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication- of this notice.
