Show WASHINGTON Washington, August 28. Bertha K. Sandberg and grandson, Edwin, returned re-turned home Saturday after spending about three weeks with relatives at Huntington. Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Cooper left Wednesday for Wellington where Mr. Cooper will teach school the coming winter. Mr. and Mrs. William Tobler and family spent Sunday at Zion park. The Les Amies club held a party at the Cascade swimming pool Saturday night Swimming was enjoyed for some time, after which a delicious hot roast chicken supper and games of various kinds made out the evenings entertainment. Mr. Wilford Stephens left Wednesday Wednes-day for the sheep herd. Mr. Herman Tegan and daughter, Bell, returned home Wednesday from Salt Lake City where. they have been to attend the funeral of Marcus Tegan. Mrs. Vina Pearce and Mr. and Mrs. Will White left Saturday for their home at Beaver after spending a few days here with friends and relatives. Mrs. Vilate Neilson entertained the Les Amies club Thursday. Leslie Isom of Hurricane spent Sunday Sun-day here as the guest of Miss Nina Nisson. Mrs. Ivie Hafen spent Friday visiting visit-ing relatives at Santa Clara. Will Miller spent Sunday here with his family |
