Show PINE VALLEY Pine Valley. August 28. Bishop and Mrs. Jeter Snow left Sunday for St. . George. They have been called to work in the temple and will spend the winter win-ter there for that purpose. Mr. and" Mrs. Malin Cox took them down. Mr. and Mrs. Malin Cox Bessie and La Rue Snow left Monday for Ely. Nevada. Bessie Snow will spend the winter at Steptoe. Nevada, teaching school, La Rue Snow intends going to Reno. Nev., to attend school and Mr. and Mrs. Cox will return home today. Earl Church left last week for Provo-upon Provo-upon receipt of word that his brother's wife, Mrs. Haden Church, had passed away. Word has been received here of the birth of a son. August 20. to Mr. and Mrs. William Pulsipher at Cedar City. Eva Crosby left Saturday for her home in St. George after spending several weeks here with Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Gardner. Rex Gardner left Monday for Delta on business. He intends going from there to Salt Lake City to visit his . father who has recently undergone an operation at the St. Mark's hospital. Mrs. Arthur DeSwan of St. George is here visiting Mr. and Mrs. Orson. Hall. Jed Fawcett came up Sunday from St. George to get Mrs. Fawcett who has been visiting here for some time. Minnie Hafen left Monday for her home at Santa Clara after visiting here several days. |
