Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City. Utah, August 23, 1928. Notice is hereby given that Louis A. Burgess, whose post office address is Motoqua, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate 1 c. f. s. of water from East Fork of Beaver Dam Wash in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears 1417 ft. S. and 600 ft. W. from the NVi cor. of Sec. 10, T. 40 S R 19 W.,. S. L. B. & M., and conveyed by means of a ditch a distance of 5300 ft. where it will be used from Feb. 1st to Dec. 1st of each year for the irrigation of 40 acres of land embraced em-braced in parts of the NEVi Sec. 16, T. 40 S., R 19 W., S. L. B. fx M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 10365. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, du-plicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
