Show BOND ELECTION NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE OF WASHINGTON WASH-INGTON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT DIS-TRICT BOND ELECTION j PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY; GIVEN, that the Board of Edu-1 cation of Washington County j School District, of Washington County, Utah, a county school j district of the Fiist Class, within! said county, pursuant to law and1 requisite corporate action has' called and hereby calls a special' election of such qualified electors 'of said School District as shall i have paid a property tax therein in the year preceding such election, elec-tion, to be held within said District, Dis-trict, on Monday, the 2 6 day of ! August, A. D. 1935, at which 'election there shall be submitted to the electors qualified as afore-' afore-' said the following proposition, 'to-wit: "Shall the Board of Educa-; tion of Washington County School District, Washington County, Utah, for the purpose of raising money for purchasing purchas-ing school sites, for buliding one or more school houses and supplying the same with furniture fur-niture and necessary apparatus and for improving the buildings build-ings and grounds, be empowered empower-ed to issue, negotiate and sell bonds of said District to an amount aggregating the prin-c prin-c i p a 1 sum of Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ( $S 5,000.0 0) , comprised of eighty-five bonds in the denomination of $1,-000.00 $1,-000.00 each, bearing interest at the rate of four per cent (4Ti) per annum, payable semiannually, semi-annually, said bonds to mature and be payable serially, $3,-000 $3,-000 on the fifteenth day of August in each of the years 1936 to 1939, inclusive, and $10,000 on the fifteenth day of August in each of the year 1940 to 1946, inclusive, and $3,000 on. the fifteenth day ol August in the year 1947?" Said election shall be held in the five school representative pre-'cincts pre-'cincts in said District, and the Judges who have been appointed to conduct the election in the several precincts are as follows, to-wit: Representative School Precinct No.-l. M. i Terry, Nellie Twitchell. ine voting at sucn election shall be by ballot, the ballots to be used upon the question sub-emitted sub-emitted will be furnished by the Clerk of the School District to the Judges of Election, to be by them furnished to the voters. The polls will be opened at each of said polling places at the hour of seven o'clock A. M. of 'said day and will be kept open until, and will be closed at, the hour of seven o'clock P. M. of said day. j No person shall be permitted to vote at said election unless he shall be a registered voter re-' re-' siding in the School Representative Representa-tive District in which he offers to vote and shall have paid a ! property tax in said School District Dis-trict in the year preceding such election.
