Elmer Judd, of Kanab, Utah, w-ho, on August 15, 1930, made Stock-Raising Homestead Entry, Act 12-29-16, No. 067328, for Lots 3, 4, (6NW), SWtt, Ny2SE4, SWViSE, Sec. 35; SE&SE, Sec. 34, T. 42N., R. 2 W., and Lot 1, SENEM, (E-NEH), (E-NEH), SEtt, Section 3, Township Town-ship 41 N., Range 2 W., G.&S.R. B.& Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make Final Three Year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before Asa W.
