Show LEEDS Leeds. July 12. Sunday. July 3, Mr. ! and Mrs. Alex Colbath entertained at a family dinner at their home in Silver Reef. The following were present: Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Olsen, Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Sullivan and family of Hurricane. Hurri-cane. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Haight of Cedar City, Mr. and Mrs. George Olsen and family, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Moody, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Olsen. It was the first time in several years that j all of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Olsen's iam- -ily were together and a very enjoyable i time was had. W. D. Sullivan. Sr.. met with a very painful accident Saturday when he was thrown from a hay stack by being caught by the unloading rig. He re-ceived re-ceived a broken leg. the bone being broken above the knee. He was taken j to the hospital and "is doing as well as j can be expected. Mrs. Sullivan is ; staying with him. most of the time. Ervil Sodercuist, Merrill Swapp, Mer- : vin Hartman, Clair. Glenn and Miss j Faye Sterling and Miss Irene Harris j were Sunday visitors at Zion National park. Mrs. William Carlow and daughter. Miss La Verne and son, Billie of Beaver were Sunday visitors here and at Silver Reef. Miss Ethyl Harris returned home Sunday from St. George where she had been visiting for a few days. Mervin Hartman came home from Bingham Canyon Friday, where he has spent the past winter. Mr. and Mrs. Don Fuller and Roy Barlow were visiting relatives in Hurricane Hur-ricane Monday. Clint Fuller and Delias Sullivan have gone to Salt Lake for a few weeks' stay. Mrs. A. G. Anderson has gone to Beaver Bea-ver for a few weeks' stay. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Sterling spent the week end at Hurricane. Clarke Hartman made a business trip -to Bull valley, Monday. Miss Grace Sterling was a visitor in St. George Saturday. Edwin Soderquist went to Cedar City j today. |
