Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, June 10, 1927. Notice is hereby given that O. S. Taylor, whose post office address is St. George, Utah, has made application in accordance wtih the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate .33 c. f. s. of water from Middleton Wash in Washington County, Utah. SaiB water is to be diverted at a point which bears 30 ft. N. and 110 ft. W. from the W'i cor. Sec. 21, T. 42 S., R. 15 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a ditch a distance of 1500 ft. where it will be used during the entire year for the irrigation of 20 acres of land embraced in part of SW'.SW'i Sec. 21. T. 42 S . R. 15 W., S. L. M. This application is designated designat-ed in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10117. All protests a'.alnst the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
