Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of St. George. Utah: Section 1: That Section 2 of an, Ordinance Levying a Tax and assessing assess-ing the property in Sewer and Drainage Drain-age District Number One. passed by the City Council of the City of St. George the 20th day of September.; 1927, he amended to read as follows: All taxes assessed under and in accordance ac-cordance with this ordinance arc hereby here-by made payable in installments as foliows. to-wit : The first installment shall be twenty twen-ty per cent of the whole amount assessed as-sessed and shall be due and payable on the 29th day of October. 1927. and any or all of the said first installment of the aforesaid tax remaining unpaid on the 15th day of November. 1027. at 6 o'clock p. m. shall be delinquent and i advertised, and if not paid so much j of the above assessed property as shall be necessary shall be sold on the 8th' day of February. 1928. to pay the delinquency de-linquency and flic cost of advertising. The remainder of the said assessment, assess-ment, consisting of eighty per cent thereof, shall be payable in four equal ! annual Installments, consisting of! twenty per cent in each installment;! the first of said subsequent install- menus .shall be twenty per cent and shall be due and payable on the 29th j day of October, 1928. and a like installment install-ment of twenty per cent shall be due and payable on the L'ilth d;iy of Oct- I ober. of each year thereafter, up to and including the year 1 931; and any or all of the said installment due fur any year, remaining unpaid on the 15th day of November of said year, at 0 o'clock p. in. shall be delinquent and advertised, and If not paid, so much of the said assessed properly as .shall be necessary shall be sold on the nth day of December, of said year, to pay the delinquency and the cost of advertising. adver-tising. Provided, however., that all installments in-stallments except the first shall bear interest, at the rate of seven per cent per annum, and the Interest on all the deferred payments siall be payable at the time any Installment becomes due. said interest to begin and to be computed com-puted from the l.'ilh day or November. 1927. And provided, further, that If any Installment, of .said tax shall not be paid before delinquency, then the whole of the assessment on said property prop-erty shall become delinquent and .shall be collectible at the same time as the delinquent installment, and when the property is sold or offered for sale for any delinquent, assessment It shall be sold for all the unpaid tax on said property.
