Show NOTICE OF SALE SILVER REEF CONSOLIDATED MINES COMPANY PROPERTY In the Fifth Judicial District Court, Washington County, Utah. Altherla Oregerson, plaintiff, vs. .Silver Reef Consolidated Mines Company, a corporation cor-poration of Utah, Defendant. NOTICE la hereby given that the undersigned. A.L. Wxxlliou.v. Receiver of the property arid iiwtfl of the defendant de-fendant In the above entitled action will receive written bid.", for a sale at private sale of all the property and assets as-sets of said defendant, hereinafter particularly par-ticularly described, at his office at Cedar Citv, Utah, on or before December Decem-ber 18, 1927. The minimum price of One Hundred Thousand Dollars has been set by order or-der of the court on the sale of said property, for cash, or part cash and balance on terms, or upon option and lease to the highest and best bidder. Every bidder must accompany his bid with a deposit of one-tenth of the first payment offered in his bid as evidence of his good faith in cash or by certified certifi-ed check of some responsible bank. If the bidder desires to purchase said property by option and lease, he shall accompany his bid with four copies of his proposed option and lease, signed by the bidder, therein stating the payment pay-ment he offers in cash on the execution execu-tion thereof by the Receiver and the times of payment of the balance of the purchase price bid and the proposed terms and conditions of such option and lease, in such form as that the same shall be a completed contract, upon its execution by the Receiver, providing the court shall order the sale to be made to such bidder. Upon the order of the court for any sale of said property or for the signing and execution of any option or lease thereon, the Receiver will place in escrow a good and sufficient deed of conveyance of said property to the highest and best bidder, upon the order ord-er of the court therefor. Said sale will be made without the right of redemption. re-demption. On December 23. 1927, at ten o'clock a. m. of said date, or as soon thereafter there-after as counsel and the parties interested inter-ested may be heard, at the court room of the above named court, at the County Court House, at St. George. Utah, the court will hear the petition for the sale of said property filed by said Receiver with the clerk of the above named court on December 1. 1927. and at said time and place will make an order for the sale of all said property, free and clear of all incumbrances incum-brances as of the date of sale and without with-out right or equity of redemption, at not less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars purchase price to the highest and best bidder who complies with the requirements of this notice, and thereupon confirm said sale.
