Show ARREST ORDERED OF OUTSIDE AUTOISTS WITH 1927 PLATES Letters were sent out to chiefs of police and county sheriffs by H. E. Crockett, secretary of state Wednesday Wednes-day urging that they apprehend any motor car owners driving automobiles in Utah under 1927 licenses issued in other states. Reciprocal relations with other states contemplate that cars licensed in one state and operated in another shall -take out new registrations the first of January, Mr. Crockett said. Other states are forcing the new registration reg-istration of Utah cars being driven on 1927 licenses and there is no good reason rea-son for the practice not being enforc- I ed in Utah. . .. . 1 ' |
