Miss Rhea Wakeling and daughter, Miss Lillian, spent the week end in Toquerville. Born, a daughter to Mr. and Mrs. Claud Morris, Oct. 10; all concerned doing nicely. D. Clark Watson and Joseph W. Prince made a business trip to Paro-wan Paro-wan Saturday. Clarence Baker returned Saturday from Park City where he spent the summer working. Gordon Whitehead left Saturday for Salt Lake City to spend several days on business. Dr. F. B. Petty and family of Cedar Ced-ar City spent Sunday here visiting friends and relatives. Mrs. Bert Harris and family came in Sunday from Leeds. They will remain re-main here this winter. Mr. and Mrs. James Judd were here visiting, the fore part of the week, from Hurricane. A party was had at the home of Miss Edith Gates last Friday night. A nice time was reported. President Edw. H. Snow came in the 6th inst, from Salt Lake City, to visit relatives and friends. Mrs. Ruth Maloney of Virgin returned re-turned home Sunday after visiting friends here for a few days. Mrs. Roxie Romney returned Tuesday Tues-day from northern points where she spent about two weeks visiting. LeGrand Coates came in Sunday from Los Angeles, Cal., to visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Coates. Lowe returned to their respective homes at Mesquite, Nev., Friday after spending spend-ing a few days here visiting friends.
