Show NOTICE: United States Land Office, Of-fice, Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 11, 1926. To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah has filed in this office lists of lands, selected by the said State, under section 6 of the Act of Congress, Con-gress, approved July 16, 1S94, as Indemnity In-demnity School lands, viz: Lot 3, Sec. 5, NESWH, Lot 3, SE-NW4 SE-NW4 Sec. 7, Twp. 40 South. Range 16 West and NESEU, SWSEli Sec. 12, NWViNEH Sec. 13, Twp. 40 South, Range 17 West, S. L. M. Serial 042102. List 229S. Copies of said lists, so far as they relate to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, subdivi-sions, have been conspiciously posted in this office for inspection by any person interested and by the public generally. During the period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter and before final approval ap-proval and certification, under departmental de-partmental regulations of April 2 5, i 1907, protests or contests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions hereinbefore, described describ-ed on the ground that the same is more valuable for mineral than for agricultural purposes, will be received receiv-ed and noted for report to the General Gen-eral Land Office at Washington, D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered sufficient evidence of non-mineral non-mineral character of the tracts and the selections therof. being otherwise other-wise free from objection, will be approved ap-proved to the State.
