Said water to I,.- diverted at a point N. 671 ft. and K 12 1 la ft. from the SE Cor. Sec. 25, T.' 42 S., R. 19 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a pipe line a distance of tiOiiU ft. where it will be used from Januaiy 1 to December 31 for miscellaneous mis-cellaneous purposes at a service station sta-tion on the public highway. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 1003o. All protests against the granting of s-aid application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefore, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1 in, and filed in this office within thirty (30 days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
