Show ARRANGE TURKEY DEMONSTRATIONS According to information received by County Agent WWter F. Smith, the Utah Poultry Association will receive Washington county turkeys around the 20th of November, the -jxact date to be announced later. Those who have not yet contracted to mar'ret through the association may do so by applying at the office of the county agent to the Dixie college science building. Andrew Sproul, president of the Washington county turkey pool, who recently spent a week of study and training in Salt Lake City under government gov-ernment supervision, is now a licensed grader and with the county agent is arranging a series of killing and grading grad-ing demonstrations in the county. At these demonstrations Mr. Sproul will give instruction in feeding, killing, grading and packing for the market. The schedule follows: Enterprise November 12 at 10 a. m St. George November 13, at 2 p. m. Rockville November 14, at 10 a. m. Hurricane November 14, at 3 p. m. |
