Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 29, 1929. Notice is hereby given that Henry Bringhurst, whose post office address is Toquerville, Utah, has made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appropriate .5 c. f. s. of water" from La Verkin Creek in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears 1950 feet S. and 1200 feet E. of the NW cor. of Sec. 12, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. B. & M., and conveyed a distance of 6500 ft., where it will be used during the entire year for the irrigation of 15 acres of land embraced in parts of Sees. 11 and 14, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10694. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
