Show ENTERPRISE ENTERPRISE, Nov. 3 The Enterprise Enter-prise high school gave a character ball in the ward hall Friday evening. A prize of an electric reading lamp for the best costumed individual was awarded to Miss Wanda Abbott, who dressed as a baby doll. Misses Jane and Madge Alger and Ha Adair were given a three-pound box of candy for the best group. They were costumed as colonial co-lonial ladies. 'Prank Holt was a visitor here the latter part of the week. He was on his way home from Delta where he has been visiting. Mrs. Goldia Iverson of Modena and Mrs. Vivian Sorenson of Lund had their babies blessed in sacrament meet-v meet-v in? Monday. Mrs. Desmond Hall and family of Pioche are here. "Grandma" Crawford, who has been staying here the past summer with her son, Arthur, has gone to St. George to spend the winter. All of our teachers went to St. George for Institute Friday and Saturday. Satur-day. Mrs. Dora Clove entertained at a rook party Sunday evening. Mrs. Erma Holt entertained at a quilting Friday. Many from here went to Cedar City Saturday evening to attend the Chautauqua. Chau-tauqua. Mr. and Mrs. Wadsworth and Mrs. Ernest Barlocker spent Sunday here with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Terry. i i |
