Show HURRICANE JJCBURICAXE, Mar. 22. Home missionaries visited in the Zion Park stake Sunday. In the Hurricane South ward, sermons were given by Walter H. Slack and Elwin Slack and in the North by Boyd Dennett, Clifford Clif-ford Wallace and Aretta Church. Mr. and Mrs. A. K. Larson spent the week end in St. George. Mrs. Glenn Snow has been in St. George visiting her mother who has been ill. The junior prom was held here Friday, March 18. The decorations were beautiful and the dance was in every respect a success. Mrs. Marie Stanworth and Miss Maude Lemon entertained at a swimming party Saturday evening at the La Verkin sani-torium. sani-torium. After the swim a delicious de-licious lunch was served. The guests were Mr. and Mrs. Claud Hirschi, Mr. and Mrs. L. S. Kleinman, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Williams, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Naegle, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Gates, Eldon Lemon, Miss Lula Slack, Miss Ellen Hanks and Thomas Stanworth. |
