X city ordinance provides for these tilings, the screening of toilets and the frequent removal 0! manure. The time limit on accumulation of manure is ten days. All persons must provide a'means of removing the manure ma-nure at least that often. For those who have no means of removing re-moving manure the city will provide means providing the owner of the premises piles it or hauling. This ordinance will be enforced en-forced in the city. If the time has not arrived for the creation crea-tion of stock-free districts, the time has arrived for us to keep our places clean. Regular visits of inspection will ,be made, and a sanitary condition maintained. If people keep fly-breeding premises, all of the people have to take the consequences. We are our brother's keeper.
