Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE On August 16, 1983, at 10:00 a.m. at the door of the Uintah County Courthouse Cour-thouse Acting, State Director of the Farmers Home Administration for the State of Utah, as Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property: in Uintah County, Utah: Beginning at a point 2 rods South and 19 rods West from the East quarter corner of Section 25, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, SLM, and running thence West 100 feet ; thence South 217.80 feet; thence East 100 feet; thence North 217.80 feet to the point of beginning. The sale will be made without covenant or warranty war-ranty regarding title, possession, or encumbrance, encum-brance, to satisfy the obligation secured by, and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in, that certain deed of trust executed by PENNY PEN-NY S. The federal lands that have been identified as suitable for disposal by exchange are: Salt Lake Meridian, Utah TIN, R23E,Sec. 19: SEV4SEV4; Sec. 20: NEiiNE.NESWVi, WMiSWVi; Sec. 29: NWV4NWI4; Sec. 30: NEI4NEI4; Sec. 33: SW-4NEL4,NE.4,SWV4, SSW-4,WMiSE-4 ; Comprising 520 acres.
