Utah State Mineral Lease 27562 affecting West Half (WV2) Southwest Quarter (SWy4), Southeast Quarter (SEy4) Southwest Quarter (SWy4) of Section Twenty-six Twenty-six (26); Northeast Quarter (NEy4) Southeast Quarter (SE'4) Southeast Quarter (SEV4) Northwest Quarter (NWy4), North Half (N'z) Northeast Quarter (NE'4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Five (5) South, Range Twenty-one (21) East, Salt Lake Meridian (SLM). 3. Utah State Mineral Lease 27563 affecting Southeast Quarter (SE'4) Northwest Quarter (NW'4) of Section Thirty-one Thirty-one (31), Township (5) South, Range Twenty-two (22) East, Salt Lake Meridian Meri-dian (SLM). And the Water Rights appurtenant thereto, to wit: 4. Water rights comprising compris-ing 5.0 second-feet supplied sup-plied by the Green River which is tributary to the Colorado River and whose point of diversion from the ' source is in Uintah County, Coun-ty, situated at a point East 2400 feet from Southwest corner Section 21, T 11 S, R 18 E, SLB&M, as reflected in application No. 39020, reference No. 47-1520.
