Show Goods fallen from home MAESER Nearly $9,000 of audio and video equipment, camera equipment and firearms was taken from a home here during the Christmas holiday, according to a Uintah county Sheriff's report. Ronald G. Sutton, 3130 West 1750 North, told a sheriff's deputy that he left the residence Dec. 24 and returned Dec. 27 to find the equipment gone. A witness, Jack Franks, address unknown, said the equipment was present when he entered the residence with Sutton's permission later on Dec. 24 after Sutton's departure, according to the report. The report stated that a kitchen window win-dow appeared to be forced open. According to the report, the items missing include: a sony Trinitron 19-inch color television set and a Zenith 25-inch color console television; and an Akai 10-inch reel to reel tape player, a Technics cassette player and a Kenwood receiver amplifier; Also, a pair of wooden cabinets with three speakers in each, a Nikon camera and strobe light, a Vivatar zoom lense along with a tripod; a Weatherby bolt action ac-tion rifle with a 3x9 power scope, a pair of Browning semi-automatic shotguns, one a 12-gauge and the other a 16-gauge ; , Also, a Marlin lever action rifle with a 3x9 power scope and a ruger .44-caliber Magnum pistol. |
