Show Good News Department A gift of $350,000 to the National Easter Seal Society is one of the largest corporate cor-porate gifts ever given to Easter Seals. Easter Seals is the country's oldest non-profit agency providing direct treatment and rehabilitation rehabili-tation services to nearly 750,000 disabled children and adults. The gift came from Glenbrook Laboratories, Labora-tories, the marketing division divi-sion of Sterling Drug Inc. The check was accepted by the internationally known singer, Pat Boone, who did a 20-hour Telethon to help the National Easter Seal Society. Pat Boone, Telethon host, and Walter Camas, president of an organization that contributed con-tributed $350,000 to help disabled children and adults. |
