Funeral services were held at the Berg Mortuary inOrem Thursday, March 11. Mr. Morrill drove the school bus for many years for the Tridell High School students to go to Alterra High School. Ben and Paul Wilson went to Heber Friday to meet Bonnie Bagley and two children from C'larkston to bring them to the Wilson home for a visit. They came to attend the court of honor and see Warren War-ren Wilson made an Eagle Scout. Kuth Goodrich has spent the past week in St. George w ith her parents. Mr. and Mrs Clarence Bowden. Mrs. Bowden has recently suffered a stroke and heart attack at-tack and Mrs. Goodrich has gone dow n to help take care of her. Mr. and Mrs Gene Harvey took their son David to Salt Lake City Friday for laser beam treatments. While there they visited Sue and Pauline Simmons at the University Medical Center. Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Goodrich spent the weekend in Blackfoot. Idaho w here they visited the Reed Goodrich family. Errol Merkley has been appointed principal of Central Elementary School in Vernal for the coming year. The new water building for the Tridell-La Tridell-La point water system is nearing completion. comple-tion. Brent underwent minor surgery in Salt Lake City before coming to Tridell to visit Michele McKee recently had surgery w hen she slipped her knee cap out of place. This accident occurred while she was practicing gymnastics. DeVon and Lorna McKee left Friday for Reno, New. to attend the missionary testimonial of Mr. and Mrs. Farrel Ross. They have been called as directors of the visitors' center at the Oakland Temple. The school bond election for District 8 w as held Tuesday. March 15 at the home of Fern Barlett. Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Perry are now-making now-making their home in Tridell. The Edwin Cuch family were made members of the Tridell Ward Sunday. They have moved into the Chauncey Cuch home. Visiting recently at the James Harvey home were Wayne. Gene and Tina Moosman of Clinton. Wallace, Delia and Camile Harvey of Layton, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Harvey of Sunset and Murlin Ray Wenzel of Provo. The occasion was Mrs. Harvey's birthday. A court of honor was held at the Tndell Cultural Hall Friday night. Erik Merkley and Warren Wilson were made Eagle Scouts. |
