Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale at the front entrance of the Uintah County Courthouse, Cour-thouse, Vernal, Utah, on the 11th day of April, 183, at the hour of 12 : 00 noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed ex-ecuted by Terry A. Timblin and Martha N. Timblin, husband and wife, as Trustors, in favor of American Savings and Loan Association as beneficiary, covering real property located at 1024 North 500 West, Vernal, Utah 84078, and more particularly par-ticularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section Sec-tion 14, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Meridian and running thence East 18 rods; thence North 9 rods; thence West 18 rods; thence South 9 rods to the place of beginning. The beneficial interest in this trust deed is now owned own-ed by American first Mortgage Mor-tgage Corporation. Payment of this obligation obliga-tion was assumed by Janice K. McKeachnie.
