Show Paraho joined by 4 firms in shale venture Paraho Development Corporation's President and Chief Executive Officer, Larry A. Lukens, announced this week that four other companies have joined Paraho in expressing a conditional commitment com-mitment to take an equity position in the Paraho-Ute Shale Oil Project to be located near Vernal in Uintah County. In letters delivered to the United States Synthetic Fuels Corporations (SFC), Kellogg Rust Synfuels Inc., a whooly owned subsidiary of Wheelabrator-Frye Inc. ; Raymond Kaiser Engineers Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond International In-ternational Inc.; Sohio Shale Oil Company; Com-pany; and Texas Eastern Synfuels Inc., a subsidiary of Texas Eastern Corporation Corpora-tion joined Paraho in expressing their support for the Project.
