Robert Werry gained a double and Brent Fieldsted broke the 5-5 tie with a two-run homer. Jay Omer matched Fieldsted's homer with a homer of his own. J.C. Hyder was walked and Mac Fieldsted gained a triple to drive in Hyder. A homer by Dean Woodbury scored two more runs. Chris Heaton gained a double and was driven in on a double by Greg Todd, which gave Rocky Mountain Glass a 12 to 5 lead. Rocky Mountain Glass added two more runs on homers by Hyder in the fifth inning and Kim Peterson in the sixth inning for a 14-5 lead. Ohran Construction failed to score a run in the fourth, fifth and sixth innings. Joe Fieldsted led off for Rocky Mountain Glass in the top of the seventh inning with a homer and Werry was walked. Brent Fieldsted doubled and Hyder was walked. A sacrifice fly by Mac Fieldsted drove in Werry, which gave Rocky Mountain Glass a 16 to 5 lead. Peterson struck for a three-run homer for a 19 to 5 advantage. Ohran . Construction scored four runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to make the final score. Rocky Mountain Glass, 19 and Ohran Construction, 9. The loss forced the championship into a second game. Rocky Mountain Glass had ten home runs in the contest. Peterson had three homers in the game. Hyder had two. homers. Rocky Mountain Glass advanced into the championship game when they edged Knudson Construction of Ogden, 12 to 11. Knudson had a chance to take the lead in the ball game in the top of the seventh inning as Raymond, Shelley and Lanchen struck for singles to load up the bases. Gary Takahashi and Povey hit pop flies in the infield f outs number one and two and Chm Heaton nailed down the victory by Rocky Mountain Glass as he back-pedaled back-pedaled and nabbed a hard hit shot by Owens for the final out. The Roosevelt crew gained a 4 to 1 lead in the first inning as Petersen Woodbury, Alexander and Heaton crossed home plate. However, Knudsot scored four runs in the second innirx and three runs in the third inning for a 9 '" to 5 lead.
