KURT REED Kurt Reed in national teen competition Kurt Reed, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cloyd Reed, Manila, has been selected as one of two Utah young men to compete in the Teen USA national competition. The program searches for the complete young man who is outstanding out-standing in leadership and citizenship, and at the same time has made meaningful contribuitons to school, community and country. Kurt will be responsible for completing com-pleting a portfolio of his accomplishments ac-complishments and will be involved in a nine day activity agenda in Minneapolis, Min-neapolis, Minn., in August 1981. The agenda will be be a combination honors-recognition event, fellowship program and social development experience ex-perience for the nation's outstanding male 1981 high school graduates.
