Show USU to begin laws course Confidentially Laws in the Public Agencies of Utah, Elementary Education 656 or Secondary Secon-dary Eduation 656, will be taught through Utah State University Education Educa-tion Center. The instructor instruc-tor for the one hour credit course is Dr. Terrance Hatch, Assistant Dean of the College of Education at Utah Stai;e Univeristy, I i . , . 4 . ... ,r The class will deal with what constitutes permanent perma-nent records, what kind of information should be placed in permanent records, who should have access to permanent records, the right of the individual teacher or advisor ad-visor to keep information confidential, and the rights of students and parents in obtaining access ac-cess and control of permanent per-manent 'records. The course is designed primarily for teachers, advisors, and other professionals pro-fessionals who deal with the public and keep records. Confidentiallity Laws will be held February 20 beginning at 5:30 p.m. and February 21 beginning beginn-ing at 8 a.m. Both classes will be in Roosevelt.
