Show Notice is Hereby Given That I, Milton D. Hammond, Probate Judge for Cache County in the Territory of Utah, have entered the S.W. 1/4 Sec. (Section) 17, S.E. 1/4 Sec. (Section) 18, N. 1/2 N.E. 1/4 Sec. (Section) 19, and N. 1/2 N.W. 1/4 Sec. (Section) 20 in the township thirteen north of range one west for and on behalf of the residents of the town of Newton. Every person, association, company or corporation claiming to be the rightful owner of possession of any lot, block, share or parcel of the foregoing described tract of land are required to file with the Clerk of the Probate Court for said county, within six months from the first publication of this notice, a statement in writing containing an accurate description of the particular parts or parcel of land he, she, or they claim; or is forever barred from claiming the same under the "Townsite Act." Notice is hereby given that the Hawbush Company has filed with the Clerk of Water Commissioners for Cache County a notice of their claim of all of that stream of water known as the "Haw Bush Creek" flowing down the Wellsville Canyon and into the Hawbush Field of Wellsville; that Tuesday, the thirteenth day of July, A.
