Pope. o Tuesday night of last week the store at Neola, belonging to Leslie Allen, was totally ' destroyed by flames. o G. J. Hollenbeck, one of Duchesne's prominent real estate and fire insurance men, is home after a several weeks' visit at Salida. o Tuesday night Dr. Zimmerman treated treat-ed a number of the town people to a sleigh ride and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Billings Bil-lings set up the oysters at Burnham's cafe. ..- . 0 Thursday Dan Barry, Frank Wood-house, Wood-house, John X. Palmer and W. E. Harris of Myton came up to view the remains of the building .used for the county court house. n . Elsewhere in this impression is a financial statement made to the bank commissioner on the 29th of December Decem-ber by the Bank of Duchesne. It is one that the bank and the people of Duchesne may well be proud of. o The water works mains are completed com-pleted and there is water in the big pipes. Several of the taps have been installed and connections will 'probably 'proba-bly be made during the week at several sev-eral points. .
