Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 8, 1915. Notice is hereby given that Clarence Clar-ence L. Wilson, whose post office address is Duchesne, Utah, has made aplication in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate one and five-sevenths (1 5-7) cubic-feet of water per second from Indian Canyon Can-yon Creek, Duchesne County, Utah. Said water will be diverted M a point which bears south 27 degrees 26 minutes west 3,131 feet from the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 4 south, Range 5 west, Uintah base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 1,950 feet and there used from April 1 to October 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in the southwest quarter of 'Section 15 and the northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 4 south, Range 5 west, Uintah base and meridian. This application is designated In the State Engineer's office as No. 6392. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by "affidavit "af-fidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of f2.50, and filed in this office of-fice within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
