Show 3 minutes east 956 feet from the northwest corner of Section 18, Township 1 north, Range 8 west, Uintah base and meridian, and conveyed con-veyed by means of a flume and a ditch for a distance of 24,500 feet and there used from . April 15 to October 15, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 117 acres of land embraced em-braced in the east half of Section 32, Township 1 north, Range 8 west, Uintah base and meridian. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6459. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the rea-, sons therefor, must be made by af fidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office of-fice within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
