Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake . City, Utah, October 28, 1915. " Notice is hereby given that the ;Farm Creek Irrigation Company, by Hyrum Jones, whose post office address ad-dress is Tabby, Utah, made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Ses-'sion Ses-'sion Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate three (3) cubic-feet of water per second from the Duchesne Du-chesne River,, Duchesne County, Utah. Said water was to have been diverted at ' a point which bears north 89 degrees 58 minutes west 1,986 feet from the northeast corner cor-ner of the northwest quarter of Section Sec-tion 14, Township 1 South, Range 8 west, Uintah base and meridian, from where it was to have been conveyed con-veyed by means of a ditch for a. distance of approximately 26,400 feet and there used from April 1 to October 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 315 acres of land embraced in Sections 13 and 14, Township 1 south, Range 8 west, Uintah base and meridian. As much of said water as necessary was to have been used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, for domestic purposes. Said applicant appli-cant now makes application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of Section 1288x24, Chapter 62, Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to change the place of use of the said water in order to irrigate 167 acres of land ' embraced la the northeast quarter of Section 14, the southwest quarter of Section 13 and the north half of Section 24, township and range aforesaid. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. a270. All protests against the . granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by , affidavit af-fidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office of-fice within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
