Show SOCIETY The Ladies Study Club met at he home of Mrs. Melvin Poulson ast Saturday with ten members jresent. An interesting paper on Sumatra, largest island of the Junta group, was given by Mrs. H. S. Liddell after which current 3vents were given by each of the members. Delicious refreshments were served and the Club adjourned adjourn-ed to meet next with Mrs. Roy A. Schonlan. After a long period of inactivity the business and professional Women's Club met at the home of Mrs. Geo. Kohl. During a lovely meeting, several new members were voted in, among them were: Bessie Kohl, Irma Poulson, Alice McGuire, Mildred Stephenson and Emily Madsen. Guests for the bridge which followed were, Mrs. H. S. Liddell, Mrs. Grant Mur-dock Mur-dock and Mrs. Roy A. Schonian. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Brown were hos and hostess at a little informal supper Sunday evening. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. R. G. Porter, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Murdock, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Crocker, "Mrs. A. M. Murdock, Mrs. R. M. Pope, Mr. Hyrum Niel-son Niel-son and Mr. Dwight Wadlcigh. |
