That It b proposed to amend Article 16 of the Constitution by the addition of a section which will read as follows fol-lows : SEC. 8. Repealing Section S f Article 22. That it is proposed to amend Article XXII of the Constitution of Utah In the following particular, to-wit: That Section 3 of Article XXII of the constitution of Utah be and the same is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Doty of Secretary of State. SECTION J. Effective Date.
