Show Notice to Water Users Notice is hereby given that requests for extension of time within which to make and submit Proof of Appropriation have been filed with the State Engineer, locations in Grand County, Utah, on the following applications: Appl. No. 31661 (05-301) owned by Edward L. Boyd of Moab, Utah covering 1 cfs of underground water to be used for Irrigation purposes. It is represented that a new well has been drilled and casing installed at cost of $1200. Additional time is needed to develop the total flow and to make and submit proof of appropriation. Appl. No. 33437 (05-355) filed by Thomas A. Gundersen as power of attorney of Salt lake City, Utah covering 1 cfs of underground water to be used for domestic. stockwaterT ing, misc. uses in a cafe and service station and for the irrigation of 2 acres. It is represented that the well has been drilled at a cost of $6,000 but additional time is needed to complete the project and to make and submit proof of appropriation. Protests resisting the grant Ing of any of these requests with reasons thereof, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before July 10, 1976. A hearing will be held on these requests before the State Engineer at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 13, 1976, in the Grand County Courthouse in Moab, Utah. Protestants should appear at the hearing.
