Show Fish & Game Violations Listed for May Conservation Officer Clair Davis this week reported re-ported citations issued for game violations during the month of May. Other citations cita-tions issued during the month which have not yet, received final disposition dn court, will not be released re-leased until the next month-end month-end report, Davis said. James Author Desirey was cited on May 10, for fishing without a license and fined $20. Albert Jefferson Jef-ferson Brown and Frankie Mabel Brown were cited on May 12, for fishing without' with-out' a license and both were fined $15. Another $15 ifline was meted out to Ray Howard Arrington after a citation for fishing without with-out a license was issued on May 12. Leonard Adair was fin ed $225 and was ordered (to forfeit his rifle and scope after he was found guilty of killing an elk out of season. Tony Joe Lema was fned $50 for fishing out of season on May 16, and Gary David Baker netted net-ted a $40 fine for the same offense on May 16. |
