Dmytryk stated that the show will feature about 10 persons in the cast, all of them men, as well as Seeta who will be played by tho same cougar who starred in "Charlie the Lonesome Cougar," also a Disnsy production. Dmytryk stressed thaij while the production peiv sonnel wished to be as accommodating ac-commodating as poss'bla. the nature of the pictura will actually make watching watch-ing the filming limited to only a few occasions. Abouf ' six cougars will be used in the picture, and while they are trained, they are wild animals and in order to protect the crew ami onlookers, persons are asked ask-ed not to visit filming areas ar-eas except on certain days which will be specified later. la-ter. The presence of a great number of visitors, even though they my be courteous, may also be distracting to the cougars and cause delays and added add-ed expense in filming. Selection of sites f filming include such well known areas as Dead Horse Point, Arches, U-128 toward Castle Valley and the Bill McCormick vanch in Castle Valley. The crew under the direction dir-ection of Jerry Courtland, will be in Moab for" about three weeks of filming. Producer of the film is Jim Algar who directed "Ten Who Dared" a number num-ber of years ago in this area. |
