NOTICE OF HEARING Cause No. 153-2 THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL OPERATORS. TAKERS OF PRODUCTION. MINERAL MINER-AL AND ROYALTY OWNERS, OWN-ERS, AND OTHER PERSONS PER-SONS IN THE STATE INTERESTED IN-TERESTED IN DRILLING FOR AND THE PRODUCTION PRODUC-TION OF OIL ANDOR GAS. Under the provisions of Title 40-6, Utah Code Annotated. Annota-ted. 1953 as amended, the Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining 1 -M is given authority to make rules and regulations and amend them from timetotime as deemed necessary for the proper administration of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining will hold a hearing on Wednesday, April 20, 1977, in the Executive Conference Room-Holiday Inn, 1659 West North Temple, Salt LakeCity, Utah, for the purpose o( amending Rule F-1, paragraph (b), which reads: "(b) Measurement of Gas All gas shall be measured by meter (preferably of the orifice-meter type) unless otherwise oth-erwise directed by the Board. For computing the volume of all gas produced or sold, the standard of pressure shall be 15.025 PSIA, regardless of the atmospheric pressure at the point of measurement, and the standard of temperature shall be 60 degrees F. All measurements of gas shall be adjusted by computation to these standards, regardless of the pressure and temperature at which the gas was actually measured, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Board." to be amended and read: "(b) Measurement of Gas .... For computing the volume vol-ume of all gas produced or sold, the standard of pressure shall be 14.73 PSIA, regardless regard-less of Ihe alrnospTieric pressure pres-sure at the point of measurement measure-ment and the standard of temperature shall be 60 degrees deg-rees F . . . .
