Show 1 3 Margaret Walterscheid New Staff er Joins Moab BLM Office The Bureau of Land Management, Man-agement, Moab District welcomes wel-comes Margaret Waltersheid as its new District Steno-Typist. Steno-Typist. Mrs. Walterscheid expressed her feeling as follows: "We are glad to be settled in Moab, having been here three years. I grew up in Farmington, New Mexico, Baseball Capitol of the World Series of Little League and Connie Mack teams, where I learned to hostess for visiting teams. Later, I moved to nearby Aztec... I am just a small town girl who married a baseball player. After attending attend-ing Business College in Buffalo, New York, traveling and spending almost four years in Upper New York State, gaining experience in 'r business office procedures and h learning to appreciate the h leace found on top of the Adirondack Mountains. I'm glad to be Out West again. My husband. Tommy Lynn Walterscheid, Wal-terscheid, has lived here most of his life and is the best guide for cycling and four-wheel truckin' to the moutains in summer for picnics, fall for archery hunt, and in winter to ski. This year our son, Rich David Coy, is in first grade at Southeast, giving me time to work for BLM. I Love my job already, especially the people; and benefits will provide materials to promote our family hobbies of ceramics, macrame and remodeling our home. We have much to do, and a teriffic environment of desert, river and mountain country to appreciate. I'm glad to be here. |
