Show Career Help Due Seniors In Utah All of Utah's high school seniors will soon get the chance to receive individual help with their personal career car-eer decisions. Working together, the Utah State Board of . Education's Pupil Personnel Services and 13 of Utah's colleges have organized or-ganized a traveling orientation orienta-tion program which will serva all 91 high schools in Utah. The program is designed to help orient high school seniors sen-iors to post-high school educational educa-tional opportunities. The 2 hour program includes in-cludes a 15-minute general session for all students. After the general session, students will be allowed to visit with representatives from three institutions of their own choosing. Students will be able to visit vis-it with the representatives from major colleges, junior and small four - year colleges, col-leges, and business and technical tech-nical colleges. The program will be carried car-ried to two high schools each day. Skyline and Jordan will get first crack at the representatives repre-sentatives on Tuesday, Oct. 12. The tour will terminate on December 9 with students from Manti and Juab High Schools. Colleges represented in the program are: Brigham Young University, College of Eastern East-ern Utah, Dixie College, LDS Business College, Snow College, Col-lege, Southern Utah State College, Stevens Henager College, Col-lege, University of Utah, Utah State University, Utah Technical College at Provo and Salt Lake, Weber State College, and Westminister College. |
